By booking a tour, cab, or any service with Discover Destinations, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Quoted prices are valid for the dates and inclusions specified in your itinerary and may change due to availability, taxes, or factors beyond our control until the booking is confirmed with an advance payment.

It is the traveller's responsibility to carry valid identification and any documents required for the journey. Discover Destinations acts as a coordinator between you and service providers such as hotels, houseboats, and transport operators.

We collect only the information you provide through enquiries and bookings — such as your name, contact number, email, and travel preferences — and use it solely to plan and deliver your trip.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your booking (for example, sharing guest names with a hotel).

You may contact us at any time to update or remove your information from our records.

Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing. Refunds, where applicable, depend on how far in advance you cancel and on the cancellation terms of hotels, houseboats, and transport providers.

As a general guide: cancellations made well in advance attract a smaller deduction, while cancellations close to the travel date may be non-refundable due to supplier commitments.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after deductions. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

An advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or at the start of your trip as agreed in your itinerary.

We accept payments through the methods shared at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once the advance is received and acknowledged by our team.

Please keep your payment receipts until your trip is complete.
